Once you have decided on your requirements, our architects will measure up and draw formal detailed plans for the local authority. The plans will include structural and loading calculations. Alternatively we can work with your chosen architect. The plans will be reviewed with you and agreed before submitting to the local authority. Some properties do not require planning permission. All flats require planning permission. Building control plans will be submitted to the Building Control department of the local authority. We will liaise with the local authority throughout the project.
